    All women know, it can be super frustrating having bra-blems. And I think all of us (women) can agree that these issues can make you want to rip off your bra the moment you walk in the door at the end of a long day! Sound familiar?

    Apparently 80% of women wear a wrong bra size according to Journal of Chiropractic and Osteopathy. I often get asked ‘How often should I get refit?’. The answer is once a year, because we are women, and our bodies change all of the time. Lots of things affect your bra size: pregnancy, weight gain and loss, holiday eating, stress, illness, medications, hormonal shifts, menopause… the list is long!

    So if you have not measured yourself this year it is a perfect time to do so. Don’t be surprised if your bra size is not what you thought, as I mentioned lots of women wear a wrong size bra. You may even be in between sizes and choose a ½ size cup for your closest fit.

    Wearing the right bra size does wonders for your figure, helps you feel more comfortable and confident and it’s best for your breast health and posture too!

    Are you tired of your clothes not lasting through a single season? Do you burn a hole through your credit card with online ‘bargains’, only to find that when they arrive, they are poorly made and misshapen after one wear?

    It’s easier than ever to bag a bargain, and somehow, we’ve just started to accept that clothes will only last a few washes before the seams unravel. An easy access of cheap imports means that we value quantity over quality, and often we don’t realize how costly it could be to buy low quality items.

    So you think you are saving when you buy cheap? Let’s have a close look at it…

    Imagine you bought a good quality jacket for $300. If you wear it every week for 2 years, the price is $12.50 per wear. Compare that to a jacket you bought at a cut-price department store for $30. You wore it only 3 times before noticing the stitching become loose, the sleeves are too short and the colour is running… So the price of that garment is $10 per wear, which ends up being more expensive – especially when you consider you’ll probably buy another jacket to replace it. Doesn’t it make sense to own 1 good quality jacket that work with most of your existing clothing, rather than 10 ill-fitting ones?
